Non-returnable items: Base layers and cycling bibs (unless faulty/damaged).

3. Repack items in original condition with tags attached
4. Ship to our Norwich returns address using a tracked service

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return, issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
