Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your cycling gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Base layers
  • Cycling bibs

These items may only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged. All other products (jerseys, polo shirts, sweatshirts, and tracksuits) may be returned for any reason.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Norwich-based team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original condition with all tags attached
  4. Ship Back: Send to our returns address using a tracked service (return shipping costs are your responsibility)

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit. International customers should mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Follow the same steps as returns, specifying your preferred exchange item. We’ll process your exchange once we receive your original item.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or JCB)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Faulty Items
